Biography

Kingsley Chinda is a Nigerian lawyer and politician who serves as the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, representing Obio/Akpor Federal Constituency in Rivers State under the PDP. He is one of the most prominent opposition voices in the National Assembly. A Senior Advocate of Nigeria, he is regarded as one of the most legally knowledgeable members of the House and has sponsored several significant bills including Electoral Act amendments.
